The short version
Which exam?
Both Washington plumber exams: the journey-level PL01, often called the journeyman exam, and the residential specialty PL02. Washington publishes one identical content spec for the two — all three timed portions, on the 2015 UPC + WA amendments they actually test. Each credential still has its own application and exam sitting.
Is it a subscription?
No. One payment, 4 months of full access, then it simply ends. Renewing is your call — $19.99.
Does it work offline?
100%. Everything lives on your phone. No account, no server, no signal needed.
Is this official PSI or L&I material?
No — it's an independent study aid with zero real exam questions. Always confirm exam details with L&I and PSI.
